In an effort to provide you with affordable psychotherapy/counseling services, we accept limited insurance and we are an in-network provider for the following insurance panels:

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna

If you have mental health insurance coverage and GYG is in-network, then you will be charged your co-pay (determined by your insurance company). We are primarily an out-of-network provider but will provide a superbill if you want to submit for reimbursement with your insurance. If GYG is out-of-network for your particular insurance coverage, then you will be asked to pay our standard therapy fee. Your insurance company may reimburse you a portion of our cost (if you have out-of-network benefits).

PLEASE understand your benefit plan by calling your insurance provider. Questions to ask:

• Is GYG an in-network or out of network provider?

• If GYG is an out of network provider, how much does your plan cover?

• What is your deductible and has it been met? What is your co-pay?

• Is pre-approval required? How many session are covered?
